BookMark Litigation Services was formed on April 1, 2003. With
considerable litigation support experience and expertise in the staff,
BookMark was immediately successful. BookMark Digital Litigation
Services, LP was formed in 2005 to better define BookMark's product line
direction.
That direction was more to the “digital” discipline and was the necessary
step to ensure growth in digital data retrieval and processing, even though
the company will continue to produce product from the paper side (see E-
Discovery & Support Services). Powerful workstations and servers were
utilized to launch BookMark Digital into an aggressive imaging program.
This triggered a significant influx of E-Discovery and set the stage for
additional expansion. Our servers and workstations are able to process an
unlimited amount of data, providing high performance flexibility in
processing and load file requirements.
As the E-Discovery/digital landscape shifts in an ever changing alignment,
BookMark Digital, through certain strategic alliances, is committed to
(always) being flexible while keeping pace with the complex demands of
“litigation technology at work”.
Two such strategic alliances involve Cricket Legal Technologies (Cricket)
and CITOC, both “minority owned enterprises”. Cricket is a top rated, tier-
one, national E-Forensics/E-Discovery service company and BookMark has
become the Texas hub for this entity. CITOC is an IT, hosting and VOIP
company whose legal division provides litigation support to both law firms
and corporate clients.
